Boxes and Packaging (Oxford) may be the smallest of all our sites; however, it’s got a long service record to be proud of.

In 2026 over 50% of the team have 5 or more years’ service with 14 having more than 20 years’ service.

Longest standing member of the team Phil Gardner, who has been there for over 40 years, reminisced about the origins of the business. Olympic Corrugated was originally based in Marlow before moving to its current site in Long Crendon when the building was constructed. It then became part of Mondi Board before being acquired by Logson Group, under the Boxes and Packaging brand in November 2004.

Alongside Phil are:

30+ years – Terry Smith, Trevor Durham, Zoe Light
