Boxes and Packaging Dumbarton is pleased to welcome three new apprentices to the team as part of its ongoing commitment to developing young talent and investing in the future of the business.

Joining the team as the new Business Administration Apprentice is Kyle Hampson, who will gain valuable experience across the business while developing his administrative, organisational and commercial skills.

Kyle will work alongside colleagues across different departments, building a strong understanding of how the business operates while working towards his apprenticeship qualification.

Also joining Boxes and Packaging Dumbarton are Lewis McFarlane and Kai Sutherland, who have both started their apprenticeships as Operator/Engineers.

Lewis and Kai will be developing their practical and technical skills across the manufacturing operation and at college, gaining hands-on experience with machinery, production processes, maintenance and engineering.

Their apprenticeships will provide an opportunity to learn from experienced members of the team while building the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career within the manufacturing industry.

The arrival of Kyle, Lewis and Kai marks another important step in Boxes and Packaging Dumbarton's commitment to apprenticeships and creating opportunities for the next generation of employees within the local community.
