Single bottle upright or laydown gift box

 The possibilities are endless for this type of box. From a core design with lock in tab, or traditional push in flap lid, the crash lock base makes assembly and packing easy. Complimented by the full range of print options from one colour to six colour high quality flexo, added extras such as embossing, debossing, varnish or gold foil can be integrated into the design. Delivered in flat pack form to customers. .

Three bottle upright or laydown gift pack

This extended version of our gift packaging safely displays three bottles of wine – red, white, rose or sparkling is your choice. Constructed in a board grade to suit the weight of your product and complemented by internal dividers or fittings to restrict movement and offer added protection, our packs can be printed to customer requirements. From one colour to six colour high quality flexo, added extras such as embossing, debossing, varnish or gold foil can be integrated into the design.

Six bottle laydown gift pack

Six bottles, side by side, nestled in corrugated, make for an amazingly visual gift for wine connoisseurs or lucky gift recipients alike. Our vineyard customers particularly like the way it showcases their products and their brand. Just like other products in our gift range, customers choose from a range of print options. Whether it’s a simple one colour contrast, or the most detailed high quality flexo print with metallic accents, we create a design and a print finish that meets each customer requirements to perfection.

Magnum and Jeroboam packaging

Some of our vineyard customers produce special size bottles of wine such as a Magnum (two bottle volume) or a Jeroboam (four bottle volume). As you can imagine, this special size bottle requires a special size of packaging and an expert approach to ensure the weight of the product is supported and the packaging reflects the uniqueness of the product. All our print finishes can be applied to this design.

Six bottle upright

This is the most common type of outer transit packaging designed to transport bottles from point of manufacturer to retailers of all types both in the UK and beyond. Manufactured using an appropriate board grade, which we advise on, bottles are protected and secured using internal dividers, again manufactured from either single or double wall corrugated board. Outer cases can be printed in any finish required and in addition to brand information can also include product, storage and handling information whilst they navigate the supply chain.

Six bottle double stacked

A new and very popular alternative, created by the team at B&P (Oxford) this design gives an alternative to the six-bottle upright solution. Here, two layers of three bottles are protected by internal fittings and a separate layer pad giving security and rigidity to each pack. As far as the print is concerned, you choose, we manufacture.

Print and finishes

Digital print for corrugated packaging

Digital print is ideal for small production runs and suited to customers who perhaps require a small number of special boxes, perhaps for a small seasonal campaign or for a corporate gifting option. The print finish here is of a very high quality and suits short and long run runs.

Digital laser die-cut for corrugated packaging

The latest addition to our print and finish capabilities is the addition of a digital laser die cut option from our colleagues at Durham Box. Once again suited to smaller production runs, this unique finish brings a new finish for detailed cut out work.

It is ideally complemented by high quality print finishes for a unique and individual look, ideally suited to gift packaging.

High quality post print (up to six colour)

This type of flexo print gives digital quality print but for higher volumes of corrugated gift or transit packaging. From one colour contrasting to brown or white corrugated board, or flood print, or detailed print this finish is suited to both internal and external printing.  We replicate your artwork or work with our providers to create new concepts for your entire range of wine packaging, gift, transit and more.

Ecommerce taped packs

For easy to open ecommerce gift packs, tape and perforation is the perfect solution. Easy to pack and customer friendly, our manufacturing capabilities can integrate one or both into ecommerce gifting solutions.

Clay coat board

Clay coat finish on types of corrugated board provides an ultra-smooth, bright, and absorbent surface perfect for high-quality printing giving excellent ink adhesion. It’s perfect for more complex 100% ink coverage flood flexo jobs. We can also offer metallic finishes and varnishes.

Special finishes

Metallic accents, embossing, debossing and more – we offer a range of special finishes to give your wine packaging that little added extra. Ideal for all types of our packaging, it’s particularly eye-catching when used with our range of gift packaging.

Fittings and Dividers

Dividers

Our simple yet very effective dividers can be manufactured in a range of single and double wall options and can are compatible with single or double wall our team can advise on the best combination for your products and requirements. Supplied flat pack, the dividers simply interlock for easy insertion at point of packing and are ideally suited to transit packaging solutions.

Fittings

These tailor-made fittings cradle the bottles to remove movement ensuring the bottles contained within the pack do not touch. Ideal for gift packaging or transit packaging the fittings are manufactured to exact specifications of each bottle size.

Layer pads

This is exactly what it says. A layer of corrugated board, cut to exact size and specified in the correct board grade to remove any contact between bottles when they are stacked on top of each other. They are also very effective as top layer inserts which can carry information and storytelling to add to the unboxing experience for gift packaging

Moulded pulp fittings

Moulded pulp gives bottle protection and removes movement in our range of packs. Bottles can either sit in the pulp or be enclosed by them; the choice is yours. Customers require facilities to store this product, alongside their gift box packaging or outer transit cases.
