We design and manufacture a comprehensive range of corrugated box products, which provides enviable and robust protection for your drinks products. Whether it’s a box for a bag, or a box to transport multiple bottles through the supply chain, we can assist in a tailor-made solution.
We supply boxes and divisions covering a range of bottles and cans in varying sizes, which can be supplied plain or with your own bespoke print, on either white or brown board. The boxes have been designed to protect bottled and canned goods whilst travelling through the rigours of the parcel network, either through individual postal distribution or volume supply chain.
From the variety of board grades and flutes available our corrugated packaging can be designed to specification, giving fully bespoke designs to fit your product perfectly.
Additionally, corrugated is 100% recyclable allowing end users to recycle your packaging choice responsibly.
Fitting and Dividers
Fittings and dividers are made to support bottles and cans in transit. Boxes and Packaging will advise on the most effective solution to provide product protection, enhance case strength and deliver a cost effective solution without compromising pack integrity.
Divisions have also become an integral part of separating and dividing bottles on pallets and in cases. We have specialist knowledge and skills throughout our group and can advise on the types of divisions necessary for your product.
Divisions can be palletised and delivered either assembled, or unassembled, to meet your requirements.
Trays
Our corrugated trays are great for transporting cans and bottles. We offer various sizes of die cut tray for both hand and machine erect systems
The trays can replicate your brand identity upon them in any one of our print finishes, or left plain. The trays can be manufactured to hold cans and bottles in a variety of quantities.
A tray can provide a clear way of segregating volume of product but offers limited protection against product damage if used on its own.
